NOTE: The permitee assumes full responsibility for any and all claims arising out of the permitee’s use of the Bowler’s Mill & Northeast Creek Reservoir for personal injury loss of life, theft, damages or otherwise, waives, releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Louisa County Water Authority and/or County of Louisa and its respective officers, employees, and agents from liabilities, and the cost and expense of defending all claims of liability, arising out of the permitee’s use of said facilities.
