Flow Testing – May 2, 2024

On Thursday, May 2, 2024, Amazon Web Services engineers will be conducting flow testing on our Northeast Creek Water System (Central Louisa System).  Due to the nature of the flow testing (with pumps on and with pumps off), customers may experience discolored water.  To clear the discoloration, please run your cold water NOT your hot water until it clears.  Running you hot water will draw sediment into your hot water tank causing the problem to last for a longer period of time.
